Nuclear Battery

Chinese company Betavolt has introduced a potential breakthrough in the use of Nuclear Batteries.
Historically these batteries have not found enough application or public use. A previous company known as “City Labs” had been producing their own NanoTritium batteries which are thumb sized and typically used in microelectronics lasting roughly 20 years.

Betavolt has promised and delivered on such a battery that not only is just as safe but guarantees 50+ years before harmlessly converting its nickel-63 into stable copper isotopes. They intend its general use to include medical devices like pacemakers, artificial hearts, and cochlear implants within the human body. Also including the want to have charge-less cell phones and drones. There is also a slim but hopeful glance at nuclear powered Electric Vehicles.
