The state of California is in constant “drought”, how is the general public unaware of obvious efforts against dealing with it? This is a serious issue crippling California for the last few decades. The cities, counties, congressmen, and even presidents have ignored any efforts to clean up their act. Does the state think its not getting enough federal funding or other outside donation?
Everybody’s out here thinking its entirely natural that their farms and other land are suffering for many years at a time. All anyone talks about is climate change this and that but lets be honest; the earth is in a state of cooling. We’ve been in a literal Ice Age the past 3 million years. You’re telling me in a state that sees a perfectly reasonable amount of rainfall and snow that we should just pretend its not happening. Water desalination tech is commonplace.
